Role Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located in Hawarden. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing customer interactions, and developing and maintaining positive customer relationships. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, handling orders or complaints, identifying sales opportunities, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets. This position also involves offering appropriate solutions to customers’ needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills Required
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales acumen, relationship-building, and ability to identify customer needs and solutions
- Organisational skills, detail orientation, and time management abilities
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MRP/ ERP systems or similar, with the ability to analyse and extract customer data to provide accurately priced quotes using bespoke quotation software.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, ideally within the PCB industry, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Details
- The working hours are Monday to Friday; 8am – 4:30pm, but a level of flexibility will be required to suit customer demands.
- Salary TBD: dependant on experience
